Question by Mom to Aiden: Do the sensa products work? (Green coffee beans)?
Now they have sensa gummies, does anyone know about those? Right now I’m taking green coffee extract thin tab I bought from Walmart. Would it be ok to take the green coffee diet pills and use sensa? I know you have to eat healthy and exercise which I’m doing also but I want a quick weight loss.

Ive reviewed sensa and the product itself has no published scientific evidence that it causes weight loss. As such I’m skeptical about sensa gummies also. At best the gummies might offer some psychological benefits as it involves chewing. Other than that….
As for green coffee bean, Ive also reviewed this. Currently there 3 studies on human which appear to find it might help weight loss but how much it might help is still not really known.
I personally don’t see if there would be a problem taking sensa and green coffee bean but remember if Sensa really was so great, would green coffee bean be needed? If you are going take them together, Id say to start with less green coffee bean than is recommended for the first week. this is to see how you respond to it. I think this is safest.
