I have brown hair and blueish green eyes and beige skin.

my friend has blueish greenish eyes too. when i gave her a make over i used copper colored eyeliner on the top and bottom. and a sparkly neutral green eyeshadow.
TIP: put the eyeshadow on before you put on the eyeliner.
then i applied a dark brown mascara to both the top lashes and the bottom lashes. less on the bottom tho 
.
if you want to, use a blush that is just a shade darker than your natural blush and some clear lipgloss.
