How can the growth of green technologies happen without funding for it’s development? I am thinking money for small business start ups and entrepreneurs…

Any viable technology development can find plenty of private financing and always has. Capitalists are happy to invest in technologies that will be marketable.
For example, under the Bush Administration, Chevron invested in standardization of waste grease BioDiesel production. Shell oil, GM and others invested in carbon-free Hydrogen fuel. We WERE on the path to a carbonless hydrogen energy future until Democrats derailed it so they could push more carbon-based fuels to justify seizing more ‘carbon offset’ cash from us.
By tearing down private investors, attacking ‘the rich’, Obama puts our nation in a mode of having to forcibly seize wealth from those who work to invest where the people in power want to invest. Tragically, they use their power and our cash to make THEIR OWN INVESTMENTS pay off!!
Al Gore set up a corporation specifically to receive the carbon offset money seized from us so he could profit from the strong arm of government. Tom Daschle is taking advantage of our tax money being diverted to fund corn ethanol, a horribly environmentally destructive ‘green’ technology.
