Question by smcruz: How do i start making friends with foreigner?
Im searching for friends outside Philippines, whom i can able to talk too, and learn what is goin on with their country. Simply, finding someone or good friend, which can really understand all i am asking and talk about things from simple living, business, adventure and what ever it takes to understand things in common definition.

They are pretty friendly but the concert prices are still ridicules
