Question by Casey Damage: How does an Englishman move to and then legally live indefinately in NYC?
I have been to new york before and i am in love with it. I currently have little or no prospects in england and have always felt (even before i went) destined to move and live there. but you obviously need a visa or a green card or something like that, not to mention a job and a place to live.
any advice would be appreciated. fuel my cravings!

You will need to be sponsored for a visa by an employer. It is a long and bureaucratic process.
