Question by Bill: Can she get permmanente green card or citizenship on restraning order basis?
My wife commited marriage fraud she took green card 2 year probationry and left for india now came back start living with someone else she got temporary restraning orders against me charges are all fake that i use to abuse her and beat her. My question is if i fill out answer sheet that i accept restraning orders does she get green card? Is she going to go for divorce after restraning order or what? please guide me
