You may not realize it, but your question has been posted in the Genealogy section. I’m sure you realize that genealogy is the study of one’s family tree/family history (also called “dead ancestors.”) Genealogy does not focus on finding information on living people.
Since I am a librarian by training, I recommend you telephone the Moreno Valley (California) Public Library and ask a reference librarian to check the city directory for Moreno Valley for the year you think the person you seek might have lived there last. City directories, published by the major credit reporting companies in the USA, have reverse directories by street address, giving the name of the householder for that address. A librarian may have to check through more than one year volume to find the name you seek.
