Outsourcing will be dead if we can tap into our own resources. Millions of minorities are underemployed and are just waiting for opportunity. Detroit alone has an untapped workforce that could sustain many new technologies and industries including green energy. Now that Obama is embarking on an economic tour, he can see things in communities better than Kemp, Clinton, Jesse Jackson Jr. or any other inner city leader has accomplished.

See the congressional democrats want as many people on government assistance as possible, and the leaders of racial injustice do not want to end racism at all.
Democrats buy votes with government give-aways.
Racial injustice has made tons of money for Jesse and AL.
