well, first it needs to be glass and ofcourse painted green, you should have a fan inside to circulate air, instead of toilets you should have tubes to piss in and shiet hulls that are boxes to dump in that automatically creat compost, if there made of cardboard even better.
you probaly want to make the glass collapsable if neccesary to move.
no harm to enviroment at all.
and you should have dollar bills thrown around the room to be ultimately green looking.
