how can i link two pc s directly with modems on each pc?
which AT command do it? or software?
i just wanna know link with modem and not any other things.
(i know network card could do it.)

why use modem card, not ethernet card(network card)??..
if you use network card. you can doit by using UTP cable.. with crosed cable settings.
find it in the net how to make crosed cable settings..
because it need long time to explained here..
