i want to bring my sister over from my home country.

Well it depends what country you are from. Depending on that the government will take longer or shorter periods of time to determine whether or not you will receive citizenship. You may not get it. It’s not so easy these days dear. But if you do, then you will have to wait some time to arrange to bring your sister over on a visit. All the best and I reccommend that you go to your embassy and ask them the questions.
