I want to use reycle items at our community center . Items like recycle toilet paper.Paper plates cups etc

a significant cost factor in making recycled paper is the handling the used paper requires to get it ready for recycling. most recycled paper comes in a mixed bale, and I’m guessing it still costs to sort out all the distinctive colors, and break it back down to pulp that can be bleached or dyed to the desired color. I also remember hearing that paper products cannot be remade into the same product they started from: the fibers get broken down further with each recycling. our local paper mill recycles a lot of the cardboard in the local area, and I think one of their main paper products is used to make paper grocery bags.
