Question by Time To Live Life: How can we decorate our apartment if my lease contract is strict?
We can not paint the walls, remove the white blinds, or hang any type of window coverings. We have ugly room with white walls and white blinds. Sage green living room suit. I’m wishing for industrial look.

Sounds like your decorating has to be limited to accessories that will not compromise the decor already in place. You can dress up your bed, use throw pillows or throws on your couch, and use area rugs. But don’t mess with any of the lease stipulations or it will really cost you when you move out! They can charge you for the full cost of remediating the apartment back to its original condition, when otherwise, it’s just normal wear and tear. Besides, you don’t want to invest your own money to pretty up someone else’s apartment. Save your money for when you buy your own place and don’t have to follow anyone else’s rules.
