I want to clean apartment complexes mostly and need to know exactly what to charge for the services; maintenence of complexes, office spaces, and/or rental properties. The names of eco-friendly cleaning products and machines would be helpful as well.

Call other cleaning companies & ask for a quote for the same service. That is the only way to know if you have a competitive price. If you don’t know where to look, start with the listings in the telephone book.
