ok my hair now is dark brown and i want to dye it black with neon green tips and i thought it would go good with me because my eyebrows are black so its kinda weird havin brown hair and black eyebrows so tell what u think and thx
if i do dye it black would it look better straightend because i think if i dye it black ppl will think im weird because its summer now and b4 it was summer i was the shy chick and now im not what should i do
