Question by Lopsit: Best ways to live and work in New York for a British female?
I’m a student in the UK. I would very much like to live and work in New York City after my final year for as long as possible. I would like to know all the options there are to be able to do this. I’m a New Media student in my final year, but I would like to become a presenter or painter…ambitious dream.

Are you 18 to 26? If so, you could start out in the Au Pair Program.

You get free boarding and pocket money. The only thing is, to work, you would need a “work visa” but being from teh UK, the process will easier for you.
