Green Living Consulting How do i extend the green card in USA?

Question by Emily: How do i extend the green card in USA?
My green card is close to getting expired, but, I will not be going to USA for once in a while. For my future study, I plan on going to USA, so I was wondering if you know the procedures to extend the green card. Thanks a lot!

Answer by Penny
This would all depend on how long you have been out-side of the U.S and why? Where you are currently living and how long you have been there since being issued your green card. Also as to how long you have had the green card. You would need to apply for a new one if the current one is expiring.
Consult your nearest U.S. Embassy/Consulate. You may of already forfeited your right to re-apply for a new green card. The U.S Government issues green cards to those who want to live & become future citizens of the country.

Green Walls Living Walls What accent color should I use in the living room?

Question by Jenna A: What accent color should I use in the living room?
I have brown and beige furniture and have chosen a pale green paint for the walls in my living room. The green is called Acanthus from Sherwin-Williams, if that helps. It’s a very soft color that looks at home next to both cool and warm colors. The woodwork will be white.

Something in the yellow-orange-reddish family… like a pale coral or something.

Going Green Facts In which classification of matter does the green powder belong?

Question by Jena: In which classification of matter does the green powder belong?
A light green powder is heated in a test tube. A gas is given off, and the solid becomes black. In which classification of matter does the green powder belong? Explain your reasoning.

Best answer:

Answer by Max G
The green powder is a CARBONATE.

More precisely it is copper (II) carbonate, which is greenish in colour. It thermally decomposes as follows:

CuCO3 (s) ——-> CuO (s) + CO2 (g)

The gas given off is carbon dioxide, while the copper (II) oxide produced has in fact a black colouration.
