i just bought this product to loose weight.
box says lose 20lbs …
does anyone know if it really will help me loose weight.
any bad effects with it?
i heard green tea is good…just wanna make sure.

Dont expect to lose 20 pounds on that. Its just a drink, there is no secret chemical that is available otc that will suck up fat and dispose of it.
Its just green tea, the same tea that you can buy at the store. You should diet and exercise as well. Green tea is shown to aid in weight loss, but not 20 pounds by itself without exercise and dieting.
