Question by : How to live greener? Eco freindly?
Ohk so I made the decision to live a little greener. I am concered for the ecosystems on this planet, the planet prosperity and all the what not. But Im kinda new to all of this, I mean, sure my family recycles and all-but I feel we can do “better”! I am reading “No Impact man” and if you know this book you know where Im getting at with this. I know its impossible to live as green as possible and try to make no impact on earth whatsoever-but I can do the best I can. (or try) without still looking like a freak, you know what I mean?
What I already do? well, I mean I try to eat as organic as possible yet under my parents roof for now. We recycle, and reuse alot of plastic bags, papaer etc. we grow some of our own foods (berries etc) f that makes a difference. my grandma who lives with us reuses alot of contaniers etc, and if it doesnt rain out side, my mother hangs the laundnry to dry. BUt it still washes in the machine. lol. ohyeah, I make sure to not leave the water running and lights on anymore. 
any tips? success stories? haha! again, Im kinda new to this, I know the general “reuse and don waste” but I want the all time science of it. Any gurus willing to help?

Paper bags are more eco-friendly, as they’re recyclable and biodegradable, unlike plastic. Plastic bags were recently outlawed in the bay area, due to their killing marine life. What’s eco-friendly about not using a dryer for clothes? Hanging clothes outside to dry makes them stiff and smell bad, not to mention the bugs and the birds. :p
If you really want to help save the planet, do something about ending this senseless, stupid, genocidal war. Or, you can put a stop to burning fossil fuels, the #1 cause of most of the world’s problems. Recycling cans won’t help do that. Besides, they sort thru the trash at the waste management dump and recycle the cans just fine without your help.
