Question by Bord: what state should i live in?
I live in AZ, and honestly I hate it here. I need to go somewhere near the ocean, that’s very green, that rains often but not every day all day like Seattle or Everett. and the biggest thing is the cost of apartments I can only afford no more than around 600 and every place I’ve looked at are more than that.

I can say that MD’s apartments are around 1,100$ per month. Try searching on google.
