Question by addy: dark green eyes? how can i make them pop and sparkle?
what color eyeshadow can make my dark green eyes pop… they are dark green with hazel rims around the pupil. i want them to sparkle when someone sees me lol thnxxxxx xoxo

I have heard this from a friend, but i am not positive, but i would try wearing dark purple eyeliner rather than black or Charcoal.
