I have a solution of chemical compound.
Its colour is very light green and when reacts with NaOH
it forms brown precipitate
what could it be?

Hmm, from the top of my head it COULD be Iron(II) Chloride (FeCl2).
Its water solution is light green and after reacting with NaOH you get light green precipitate of Fe(OH)2… which is not what you are searching for, however after a while it oxidates into Fe(III), forming Fe(OH)3. That compound IS a brown precipitate and that’s why i think this is what you were asking for.
Reactions:
FeCl2 + 2NaOH -> 2 NaCl + Fe(OH)2 – light green precipitate
4Fe(OH)2 + 2H2O -> H2 + 4Fe(OH)3 – brown precipitate
