Question by Dree: what wall color would go with a green rug?
my living room has a green rug (landlord referred to it as spruce) with hints of lighter green or white in it (to give it sort of a marbled or speckled look). the walls are currently light gray but it’s very dull and the room seems quite cold – the landlord said we can paint it however we want. what color would look nice on the walls?? we can’t seem to think of anything but gray :-/

A soft yellow, that would make your room look brighter.
