Question by : Conditional Green Card?
i got married with American citizen, so i got the conditional green card for 2 years,but my husband and me are not living togather, this marriage was in good faith but now after two years he has a new girlfriend so we are not in contact with each other, but we have not applied for divorce and not yet decided.We have one baby. Now this is the tiem to remove conditions as my green card is going to expire on 7th of september 2012. irequested to my husband but he is not willing to apply jointly with me for removal of conditions so any one can help me guide me what i can do?
1.Can i apply only on my behalf? but i have no divorce paper, not record of any police complaint or any other thing related to my husband that i can show as a proof against him.
2. He is ready for divorce but not applied yed but time is very short for me.
3. Can i extend my Card/Remove conditions in such conditions while no divorce, but not jointly?
4.Please guide me for procedure.

you will need an Aila lawyer to try to file for you with evidence of your good faith marriage
you cannot file as it is … its chancy you may be ordered to leave the US
