hi…ive had snakes all my life and i was wanting a lot of info on the green tree python..im considering getting one…i jus dont no a lot about them.ive googled it and stuff i jus want some one with experience or knowledge on them..and also what size AQUARIUM would i need???thank you so much.
also pricing????i live in ohio….petstore pricing,and reptile show prices thanx

youll need a tall cage becouse they love to be high in the trees in the wild . the temps need to be no more than 85 no less than 70 try to keep it around 82 at all time with 80 % hummidity . they require misting about 2 times a day a haba mist machine works great for them. a biak green tree python are $ 200.00 and up , then you have jaypuras,arus,wamenas,sorongs,etc in green tree python they are usealy $ 300.00 and up.
if your still intrested in getting one make sure you have your cage set up 1st before purchasing one . thats where most people fail they want to hurrie up and get one not considering the price of all the rest them the snake ends up dieing. look on kingsnake.com in the classified they always have alot to choose from and it will give you an idea of all the different morphs of green tree pythons there are.
