Green Living Consulting Q&A: I'm a US citizen who lives my Lebanese family in Beirut. How can I get my Lebanese fiance to the US?

Question by Maissam: I’m a US citizen who lives my Lebanese family in Beirut. How can I get my Lebanese fiance to the US?
I was born in Boston and hence have a US citizenship, but my family is originally Lebanese and we live in Lebanon. Lately, I am accepted to the masters degree in a college in the US. I want my Lebanese fiance (husband soon) to accompany me while studying there. My Lebanese father will be supporting me financially.. I have a US citizen co-sponsor for my fiance.
What is the fastest legal procedure to get my fiance to US and have him entitled for work/study there?? I heard the fiance visa is fast but I need to apply I129F petition while in the US. Is there any petition tat I can apply from Lebanon which allows him a working visa within 4 months from now? Is petition I130 for spouse possible? We can then marry ASAP. Not sure what to do and where to start or who to consult!

Your help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Thanks
