Question by Thomas Paolucci: How can a person from China with a bachelor’s degree legally work in America?
I worked with them last summer at my part time job and they want to work full time in America as a Chinese teacher and are about to graduate college in the spring. Thanks!

The employer would have to apply for and be granted your work visa. It will be up to you to provide the correct documents, attend the medical exam and interview but beyond that it’s all up to the employer.
