Question by Deki: Does a temporary green dot card get charged when you don’t spend it?
I bought a temporary card but I haven’t used it. I know the personalized card gets charged monthly fees but does the green dot company take money off the temporary card when you don’t use it for a long time?

They charge a monthlt fee, even if there are no funds in the account.
