Question by cherry101: Is it cheaper and more energy efficient to keep my electric heat at a constant temperature?
Just wondering, seems it’s winter and heating costs and energy usage tend to increase during these months. I find myself constantly adjusting the heat all day when I’m too warm or too cold. But is it cheaper and more energy efficient to keep the heat at a steady temperature and to decrease it when I’m not at home or at night?

Well you contradict your self. You say you want to keep the heat at a constant temperature but then you say you want to change it when you not a home.
Anyway you are probably best off by not changing it constantly during the day. Pick one setting and go with it. Decrease it a little at night.
