Question by Toby4: How do I remove pet odor, not urine, from carpet?
Our carpet is less than 3 years old. We have a chocolate lab who like to lay in the same area everyday and has left an odor that could only be smelled when laying on the carpet. I recently had our carpets professionally cleaned twice and now the carpet smells even worse and you can now smell it just by walking through the room. This isn’t an odor from urine, so please don’t comment on urine. I am 100% positive of this, so how do I remove dog odor if the professional cleaner couldn’t get it out. We didn’t have any stains in our carpet because we remove our shoes, so the oder is the only problem.
This is the way our carpets were cleaned before – Our company uses a green-certified solution and the power of carbonation to deliver a deeper, healthier cleaning. Our primary solution, The Natural®, doesn’t contain any detergents or harsh chemicals so it’s safe and non-toxic for your family and pets. And because our process uses 80% less water than steam cleaning, your
carpets will dry in 1-2 hours, not 1-2 days.
Any suggestions?
