Question by sunshineinhg: How do I get results from company who backed into my car?
I was at a red light –when the light turned green a company truck in front of me let his truck roll back (manuel transmission) and caused minor damage to my car but then the driver proceeded to drive off–I did get his tag number and made a police report. At first the company was really acting helpful but they did not want to file it on their insurance but since they have been very hard to get along with–What should I do?
