How can i gather votes for my solar green building project by missed calls at tollfree number 02261850044 . The call is automatically cut and vote gets registered. But how can i publicize this and make people read my project and vote for it?

Tell your friends via social networking like facebook.
Don’t expect a stranger to call the number. There is no assurance that it isn’t a scam that will bill a large amount to their cell phone. Saying it won’t is not enough.
