I need to come up with the perfect gift for a girly-girl. She is 10, loves fashion, trends and makeup. She can’t have makeup yet. She is into what ever the Disney Channel decides is cool at the moment. Please, please give me some ideas!

get her a disney channel dvd or go to the disney store and have a look whats in there..
or just give her some money, then she could go shopping with her mum or someone and she can buy whatever she wants.. x
