Question by JJ: To time well in applying for a reentry permit, where should we submit the application?
Hi,
My husband holds a green card. He does business in China so he stays there most of the time and come to US every 2-3 months, and for about a couple weeks.
Last time he entered US, the officer adviced him to get a reentry permit.
My question is, should he apply while he is in US or in China, so that it is best for taking biometrics?

The only place where he can apply and do the biometrics is inside the U.S. It cannot be done in China.
