We have 5 millon people out of work!!! Talking about your work force!! What about the chance to help people who have great ideas on alternative energy finance thier start, also the constuction of green homes??? Bridge and road contracters who need the work? They borrow the money pay it back plus interest provides jobs, problem solved,wake up Washington
