Question by kboss: Neighbor with wife n kids marries another for her to have green card?
Neighbor is living below me with his wife and kids from another country. Before bringing them here to USA, he marries a woman with child so she can stay here. He then brings his family here to live while his new wife lives next door. Can this be reported? Is this illegal?
