I want to dye my hair black w/ noen/green tips. where is a good place I can either buy hair dye, or get my hair dyed?

you can buy hair dye in boxes in pretty much any pharmacy or supermarket. My mom dies her hair at home all the time. It smells horrible and makes a mess, but it’s a lot cheaper than getting it done at some salon.
