Question by h.f.: What is a good wall paint color for a bright living room?
The living room is high ceiling and faces the south and a beautiful green sunny garden. I want to pick a light color so that the space look warm, lively and the color does not make the room look smaller at all. The flooring is light oak color.
Please share your idea and experience.

play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find colors that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the “painted” rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I think “Melon Tint” (# 7117) would be perfect. Light with just a hint of warm color.
