Question by Konrad: My plugged in microphone shows up in Win7 mixer but there is no green bar near it?
I’ve been trying to record sound from speakers+microphone with cam-studio. For this I need to have my stereo mix set as default device in my mixer. Now It gets tricky. Mixer sees my plugged in microphone, but there is no green bar next to it, it seems the plugged in microphone does not receive sound. When I enable built in speaker from my laptop it shows up and captures sound great so it must be something with external mic settings.
