Question by BigMike: What is the best method, healthy or unhealthy to lose the fat?
I am a 27 year old male, I work as a bouncer. I have alot of muscle, but I want to lose the fat. I am 6’1” , and weigh in about 340lbs. I want to shed this as quck as I can, and I do work out. I eat twice a day, and have lowered my portions. I don’t drink alot of water however, mainly ice tea. My arms measure 13” around, of pure rock hard muscle, but my gut area is out of control. Any suggestions?

i know an unhealthy way and that’s called anorexia and bulemia. but how about just try a HEALTHY way…?
yeah dont starve yourself to lose weight. just exercise more, eat less (but not too much).
try eating more seafood and less red meat…seafood is less fatty, and usually healthier, but it still has a ton of protein.
swimmmmm for exercise instead of running. swimming is harder so it takes less time to see the same results.

oh btw, if you’re mostly muscle, dont worry too much. muscle always weighs more than fat.
