Question by Lindz: Is there any store that I can buy oolong tea at?
I’d rather buy it at a store then buy it online since I don’t have a credit card. I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area so we have everything Wal-Marts, Targets, Kroger, etc.

Try a more upscale market. I can find it at the better chains here on the east coast.
