Question by Georgia ☯: What makes a product/design ethical?
I have to do an assignment on Ethical, Social and Sustainable design. I just don’t know what makes a product/design ethical. In the dictionary it says that ethical is something that is “morally right”, so how does this relate to the type of product or design? I would also like to know what make a product/design unethical. If you could please explain it to me and give some examples that would be a big help.

Like Cadbury’s fair-trade that is an ethical part of the business, they are giving more money to the cocoa farmers, because they do not have as good a standard of life because they are so poor. So being ethical is giving, when you aren’t being forced to. OR it could be making an environmentally friendly product, new innovative ideas that would cut pollution and things like that, are ethical.
