Green Architecture Q&A: Where do I go to study Green Architecture?

Question by Lily: Where do I go to study Green Architecture?
I’d like to know what are some good schools that specialize in that area? And What should my major be if I want to specialize in that? Thanks!

You would be studying for a graduate degree (Masters level or higher) in architecture. You will need to explore the schools of architecture, look at the program pages and if you’re really serious about it, do some research/background searching on the people teaching in those programs.

Here are a few university sites to get you started…

Use sites like collegeboard and Peterson’s to search for other programs in architecture.

Don’t forget that your local public and college libraries have materials (both online and in print) relating to career and college options. The College Blue Book is a good set of books, usually found in the reference section. One volume lists colleges by degree. You may find that you can open a chat with a librarian in your local city or state to ask for further assistance.
