Question by toriag: What are the best materials for green iguana cage.?
Some people say wood and mesh but what goes on the bottom and how would you clean that? wouldn’t the wood warp? and PVC pipes also I’ve heard. but I’ve heard it doesn’t keep heat in very well. any other ways would be very helpful.

I made the bottom deck of my iguana cage out of melamine with a sliding tray on the bottom for easy clean up. and the top half out of pvc and meshed it in. i use 2 250w full spectrum heat bulbs to keep mine warm in the day and 1 250w red bulb for him at night. It stays pretty nice for him. and it only cost me around $ 45 to build it..
