Question by femmenotfatal: In the evening I see what seems to be a planet or a star that twinkles red,blue,green and yellow. What is it?
I live in Surprise AZ. After dark to the far north west, I see what I am guessing is a planet or a star. It twinkles blue, red, green and yellow. My b/f thinks its something else. Can anyone tell me what this is?I guess I should add that when we first saw it it was low in the sky, now its about mid way.He said he saw it else where in the sky moving, however I have only seen it in the one location. Thanks for your help!

Either the star Arcturus or Vega.
