Question by Anna E: Does anyone know a green chile and pork sauce recipe?
I used to buy a green chile with pork sauce on trips to Colorado that was used for burritos and used to be able to find it where I live, but not anymore. From what I have found online, this is a Colorado specific version of Green Chile with Pork, but is actually made somewhat differently so that it is used as a sauce or condiment for burritos or other items.
Does anyone have an actual recipe for this stuff. I have found some blogs and vague instructions, but I would like to have an actual recipe if anyone knows one.
