Question by Johnny D: AZ residents: Any nice, green, rural areas between Yuma and Tucson?
I’m looking to move to Arizona and just wanted to know if there are any nice mountainy, green areas that would be relaxing to live in. I’m looking into southern/west Tucson, that sound like what I’m looking for? Of course, anyone from Arizona with feedback would be a plus.

As you can see there is not a lot of greenery unless watering.
Tucson is a mountainous desert type setting. They do have golf courses and gardens that are watered, but it ain’t no West Virgina type mountains. I have been there a number of times, not a bad place at all. Summers are really hot though
