Question by NevetSi: When did the idea of green construction begin?
What year did green construction talk and ideas begin? Did it begin with the formation of the USGBC or were there organizations that predated this?
I’m referring to organizations, government bodies, lobbyists or “outstanding citizens”…… from modern history.
