Your broadband router may be blocking the TCP port for the patch download server. The TCP port numbers are 11000, 11001, 11100, 11101 and 12000 ~ 12010. You may have to change your router settings to allow access to these ports. For information on how to do this, please consult your router’s instruction manual.

Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) may be blocking the TCP port for the patch download server. The TCP port numbers are 11000, 11001, 11100, 11101 and 12000 ~ 12010. Try requesting that your ISP release these ports to you (some ISPs may not grant such requests).

Hope this helps
