Question by Lnc: I need to make dinner for my parents?
I moved out this semester, and they have supported me a lot. Though they always give me a hard time about my ability to live by my self. So I guess you could say I want to show them a thing or two =P
Ideas? I am going to make keylime pie.
PS I don’t have a grill, just an oven, and pans. I do not cook with oils.
hamburger helper… thats insulting. I am looking for hard to make meals.

Make a quiche and serve with a fancy salad (add interesting ingredients like orange slices, etc). Very elegant and easy to make in an oven.
My favorite quiche is with swiss cheese, mushrooms, zucchini and spinach. Yum!
